In this 2 day workshop you will learn how to decorate a cake from scratch from start to finish. Participants learn to bake their own sponge cake, design flavour pairing and make their own frosting. Followed by cake decorating techniques from cutting a sponge, filling to final frosting and piping techniques. By the end of this workshop you would have the skills and confidence to bake and decorate cakes for your friends and family.
